Taiping is to keep the original street pattern of the ancient city of Changsha, the most complete street. This street retains the pattern of the Qing dynasty, more complete and true reflection of the style of the late Qing Dynasty in Changsha. It is a pedestrian street, the street is not wide but both sides lined with old buildings, some of which is located in the former residence of celebrities also.

It was built in 1577 year (the 12th year of Emperor Qianlong’s reign), which after several reconstruction. Because there have been food stalls and the history of the temple, it developed into a famous snack concentration and well-known brand of Changsha, where Chairman Mao once told Pork praise.

The next morning, fog enveloped the Xiangjiang River. These days the weather changes quickly in Changsha. In the morning fog cloud top pressure, while at noon sun exposure. In my memory, Changsha winter is very uncomfortable. Overcast and cold weather, but also has the snow. Unexpectedly, the summer weather is wet and hot in Changsha.

Later, at the proposal of Bi Yuan, Governor of Hunan and Hubei, it was renamed the Autumn – Admiring Pavilion, which alludes to Du Mu’s lines:” I stop, just conquered by the woods in later autumn, when maple leaves are more crimson than flowers in February”.
