Macau is a small town with exotic, she has many characteristics different from other cities in China. Four hundred years, the Chinese and Portuguese cultures have been intertwined, harmonious coexistence, to her left many valuable historical and cultural heritage.

From out of the Macao Museum, we follow the map directions to reach St. Anthony's Church. Then through Avenida de Horta e Costa road, Macau Fisherman's Wharf, tour the A-Ma Temple. Macau is very small city, we can walk through the distance between any two points. We walked slowly to see the traces of history, reminds us a lot of ancient history, really know the true Macau.

First built of bamboo and wood before 1560, this is one of the oldest churches in Macau, also marking the site where the Jesuits set up their earliest headquarters in the city. The church was reconstructed in stone several times, while the present appearance and scale of the church dates back to 1930. Previously, members of the Portuguese community would hold wedding ceremonies there, so giving rise to the Chinese name of Fa Vong Tong (Church of Flowers).

Avenida de Horta e Costa

Avenida de Horta e Costa in the middle of the Macau Peninsula, to the two-term Governor of Macao Costa named. The road is a north-south traffic arteries, over a hundred years of history Pui Ching Middle School in this way.

Avenida de Horta e Costa retains the old style. Roadside shops selling seafood (dry), spices and other traditional Chinese food and medicine. The shop's business is very prosperous, there are many local customers and visitors to patronize.
 





Macau Fisherman's Wharf

Macau Fisherman's Wharf is a 111,500m² park and the first-ever cultural, themed and creative attraction in the tourism industry of Macau. It is centrally located in the outer harbor and it is not purely a theme park, but also combines dining, shopping, entertainment, accommodation, convention and exhibition facilities in one single location which takes just a 5-minute walk from the Macau-HK Ferry Terminal and Heliport.

A-Ma Temple

The name Macau is always thought to be derived from the name of A-Ma Temple. A-Ma Temple is one of the oldest and most well-known temples in Macau, which has been dedicated to the goddess of fishermen, Matsu. It is now with UNESCO World Heritage status.

We are back Venetian hotel on the road, passing the building is the chief administrative officer of Macao. It is located in Macau, South Bay. This pink building, it is the architect Aquino, his blend of European and Asian architectural design from the essence, in 1840 by the Macau Builders Contractors. It is a typical Portuguese building, an area of fifty thousand square meters.
