Germany, Hannover -- North German town ( I )

Every time we go to Germany, the travel time is very short, a lot of work to do. But this Saturday, just nothing to do. I read the English newspapers, said to my husband, the weekend we went to Hannover, said that this is a very nice town. It is also the home of former German Chancellor Gerhard Fritz Kurt Schröder.

On Friday after work, we eat dinner at a nearby restaurant Central Station Hamburg. Only 10 minutes we had finished dinner, take a walk to the central station, find the ticketing department. After waiting a few minutes, we came to the ticket counter, the conductor was a young man wearing glasses. When he heard that we went to Hannover, face expressionless, said 14 euros per person. I am very surprised, because I check the Internet is about 100 euros per person. My husband took Visa card, no different to ask, and pay. He signed on with the ticket, bespectacled young man asked him immediately.

Saturday morning, we had finished breakfast, back bags, on the departure. When we are out of the hotel, was raining. Hamburg weather is very special, like a child's face is changing rapidly. When we arrived at the subway station, the rain gets bigger, but fortunately we are out of the hotel, my husband asked the hotel staff took the umbrella. We did not get wet by rain.

When we arrived at the central station, I got tickets from the hands of my husband. I see that we buy is slow ticket, so only 14 euros per person. There are three ticket prices, but we buy the cheapest.

Because buying a ticket is slow, we arrived at Hannover probably two hours. Make fun of ourselves, we relax out today, no hurry.

On weekends, it seems a lot of people go to Hannover. Students who looks a lot. Trains run slowly, each station has to stop. Each station has people on the train, it was off. Trains run two hours, and finally arrived at Hannover.

Hannover Central Station appearance is very old building, but the interior is very modern. Hannover Central Station is not luxurious and beautiful, but it feels very comfortable. The sculpture is in front of the Emperor Augustus, the horse's tail seems to Hannover people is very important. I read that, before they often say about a place to meet: horsetail see below!
