6 Days Road Trip – (IIV) Seattle, Vancouver

July 2, is relatively tedious day in our journey. We spend a lot of time on the road. We drove from Butte City to Seattle, a journey of about 593 miles, time of about 8 hours 38 minus.

Butte, MT is a beautiful town, very quiet, in a canyon. Although this is a very beautiful town of Butte, we cannot stay a long time. We drive to Vancouver, but also passing midway of Seattle. Our driving long distances, but also beautiful scenery along the way, forests, pastures, rivers, horses, brought us a lot of enjoyment.
 





Cascade Mountains


Seattle, the mountains and the water accompanied by city. It comes out of the atmosphere is inseparable from romantic flavor, it is a natural rendering. We have no time to visit it, only to drive it off the edge of the Mountain Si, it is away from downtown Seattle to drive 20 minutes. We drove along the 1-90 west highway, crossing the Cascade Mountains.

Cascade Mountain Range is located in the northwestern United States, from south to north across Northern California from Oregon, Washington, has been extended to the Canadian border in southern British Columbia, Canada, a total length of more than one thousand kilometers. It is the largest mountain range in Washington territory. It runs through the north and south, almost to the Washington State into two, east and west of Washington as a demarcation. Its presence also created two distinct natural regions climate and landscape.

Cascade Mountain is the most famous of many perennial ice cover top. Glacier-covered volcanoes, vast expanse of snow-capped mountains shines a green city, this is Seattle.

Falls terrain in the Ice Age stroke, the water of inside is snow on the confluence of numerous snow-capped mountains. Waterfall at the top of the mountain comes out of the comfort and tranquility has made me feel good, and spectacular waterfalls naturally will not let me down. Waterfall gap bigger than Nicaragua, but not so wide, but the water vapor produced by waterfalls that make me all wet.

Vancouver

We drove from Seattle to Vancouver is a journey of about 141 miles, time is about 2 hours 21 minus. We always travel about 727miles, the time is probably 11hours, from Butte MT to Vancouver BC.

In July 3, 11:00 am, we get up and stretch. We walked out the door, the sky was sunny, a few days to a tired, relax in the sun. Find a delicious restaurant, it is the most important thing my son. After lunch, we go to Stanley Park.

Stanley Park is Vancouver's largest and oldest urban park, which is also North America's largest and the world's most famous city park. It was the world's best parks this year.

Stanley Park's natural landscape is very rich, there are beaches, forests, bays, lagoons, sea and hills. Around three large sandy beaches of the peninsula, it was the visitors playing in the water, swimming, casual favorite; walk through the dense forest and the forest jumping squirrel, hare and harmony shuttle badger, wolf bump, which does not lose its fun.

The park has many Totem Poles, the Totem Pole is the ancient tradition of Canadian aboriginal tribes. Simple and magical of Totem Pole, it inherited the ancient civilizations of Canadian aboriginal. Each Totem Pole is a story that reflects the aboriginal artist imagination and expression. Granville Island Public Market

Granville Island Public Market is an integrated market. It has over one hundred shops and stalls. A collection of restaurants, theaters, art galleries, cafes and art studios, as well as a variety of personalized store.

In the art studio and shop personalized of Granville Island, it is a place frequented by tourists.
 







Back Residence

In July 4, my son returned to London Ontario Canada with aircraft. His internship will begin. My husband and I have a new trip. Road trip, we all feel tired, but very happy. If we have the opportunity, would like to once again road trip. That is very cool traveling.
