In 1828, it began to be settled in Stratford. In 1832,
Thomas Mercer Jones modeled on the Renaissance, the famous dramatist and poet
William Shakespeare in England hometown of Stratford upon Avon, and the place named
Stratford, it was just a small village. Thomas Mercer Jones, also through
the
Thames River the area is renamed Avon River.
Into Stratford town, far to see the city hall, behind
the parking lot. From here it is easy to walk to all sights.
Stratford
hall of the city, this building is also a landmark in Stratford, and is listed
as the Canadian National Historic Preservation building. In 1832 the Europeans
moved here, because the vast majority of immigrants from the United Kingdom,
according to their own habits of the British built the town, take the British
place names to name everything here. In 1856, the arrival of
the Grand Trunk Railway Company let it become a train intersection town. In
1864, the railway company also recruited Edison, then 17 years old, and gave

Lake
Victoria, residents of Stratford called Swan Lake. In 1918 an employee of the

Stratford
Summer Music Festival is held here every year, some of the singers were
excavated in the festival, such as Justin Bieber, another Stratford is Justin
Bieber's hometown.
The
War Memorial of Stratford, to commemorate the warriors who sacrificed for World
War I, World War II and the Korean War soldiers.
Stratford
is a beautiful and tranquil little town. When we stroll the town, we have
lunch. Since we planned to arrive at the Blue Mountains before dark, we stayed
for a few hours at Stratford. If you go to the Shakespeare Festival, I think
you at least stay in that night, you can go to see a few Shakespeare plays.
