Beautiful Vancouver, Canada

Vancouver is located in the west coast of Canada, which is Canada's third largest city and industrial center, is known as the "western paradise" of Canada. Vancouver's climate is mild. Winter temperatures probably at about 0 degrees Celsius. Summer temperatures in about 20 degrees Celsius. Four seasons pleasant climate, makes the city of Vancouver evergreen grass, flowers blooming, like a garden city. Walking in the streets of Vancouver, cherry blossoms in spring, all kinds of flowers in summer, the maple leaves of autumn, the snow-capped mountains in winter can be seen through the rain and fog.

Early in the morning, we traveled by car from downtown Vancouver, the morning breeze floating slightly grassy, gently clouds exposed the true face of the Lion's Gate Bridge. Lions Gate Bridge, its name comes from the bridge of the North Shore Mountains of The Lions. The whole bridge length 1517.3 meters (4978 feet), along with the north approach road, 1823 meters (5890 feet) long. Main bridge span of 472 meters (1550 feet), the height of the bridge tower is 111 meters (364 feet) from the sea surface height at 61 meters (200 feet). Lions' Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge in British Columbia, Canada. It was the first of the Strait, across the Burrard Inlet. It is connected with the City of Vancouver and West Vancouver and North Vancouver traffic.

At present, a total of three bridge across Burrard Inlet, from west to east are the Lions Gate Bridge, Ironworkers Memorial Second Narrows Crossing and the Second Straits Railway Bridge.

Stanley Park

The world-famous Stanley Park, only fifteen minutes walking distance from downtown Vancouver. It is located across the Burrard Inlet end of the Lions Gate Bridge. Can be seen everywhere in the park in different shapes of woodcarving of Indian totem pole, it is not only the Indian culture and art, for the historical landscapes in the park.

Stanley Park is the most famous park in Vancouver, covering over 1,000 acres and is the largest urban park in North America, it is one of the world's most famous park. In 1888, the park was officially opened to its name of Lord Stanley of Preston, Governor General of Canada.

Standing on the hillside park, you can also view the Lions Gate Bridge in Burrard Inlet, and on the sea, large and small sailing boats, and the scenery beautiful. In the park, and squirrel jumping between the trees, the lake swimming swans, unknown birds interwoven into a unique natural symphony.

Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park, which was established in June 15, 1956, has been 43 years of history. It is not only in largest aquarium Canada, and one of the top five aquariums in North America.

Vancouver Aquarium is good land to watch the world's precious marine animals. There kill whales, beluga whales, colorful tropical fish, the Amazon plants, monkeys and birds and so on.

Capilano Suspension Bridge and Park


Capilano Suspension Bridge, it is known as the landmark of Vancouver. It is a tourist destination with a long history in Vancouver. The bridge is about 137 meters (450 feet). From more than 100 years ago, the bridge is 2 thick hemp rope and fragrant wooden board, hanging in the height of 69 meters (230 feet) of Capliano River. It is the world longest and highest pedestrian suspension bridge.

Capilano Suspension Bridge, which crosses the Capilano River Valley in northern Vancouver, first built in 1889. It is said to be engineer George Grant Mackay purchased land near the Capilano River in North Vancouver and in the local Aboriginal help, hemp rope and the plank built this bridge, smooth on both sides of the valley.

People walking on the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and only the foot of the canyon deep valleys through the boards, full of novelty, but also with a trace of irritation dangerous. Horseshoe Bay
Horseshoe Bay, it is a small bay and communities in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, about 1,000 residents. The district is located west of West Vancouver, on the verge of Howe Sound and the British Columbia Highway 1 (Trans-Canada Highway) west end of Vancouver.

Canada Place

Drove back to Vancouver, go to the beach, to see Canada Place, looked can see the giant tent-shaped building from the square, in fact, it is the Pan Pacific Hotel, next to a large screen CN IMAX theater.
